Future Opportunities in Corporate Finance

Job Location: Reading, South, UK

We provide in-depth, expert Corporate Finance advice to clients ranging from corporate, private equity houses and MBO/MBI teams through to entrepreneurs and governments. Our far-reaching remit covers M&A advisory, financial due diligence, transaction services, restructuring and insolvency advice as well as forensic work and assistance around corporate fraud.

What we look for in Corporate Finance:

ACA or equivalent qualifications or experience. MBAs also considered
A strong academic record
Good eye for detail
Ability to carry out detailed financial and commercial analysis
Tenacious and lateral problem solving skills
Excellent presentation, communication and report-writing capabilities
Keen client focus
Ability to prioritise and manage workload and deadlines, even under pressure
