As a Consultant you will:

Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
Author presentations and present findings to clients
Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements
Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting

Specifically for this role you will be responsible to lead a small team on a project to develop business requirements, and functional design using leading practices. You will be responsible for technical quality, documentation quality, supervision of specialists/consultants/analysts and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the following qualifications:

Experienced in Applix or TM1 application architecture design, including developing business rules, turbo integrator scripts, feeders and server setting optimization
Experienced with TM1 contributor and workflow and Cognos 8 security strategies
A proven track record as an Financial Systems administrator or successfully participated in the implementation of TM1 in a functional/developer lead role for 4 or more years
Proven experience leading small work teams on a project and leading status reporting
Proven ability to communicate and evaluate design options with client teams in a business language
Experience integrating TM1 with Cognos 8 BI is desirable
Functional knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting processes across different industries
Detail oriented with passion for technical quality and client service excellence
Ability to build strong client and peer relationships while working in a team environment
Structured and strong organization skills in a consulting environment
Understanding of best practice systems implementation methodologies
Degree in Business Administration/Bachelor of Science with a focus on Finance, Economics or Computer Science
This position requires may require frequent travel from time to time to serve clients across Canada and North America (home base will be Toronto).
Experience with implementing and using tier one CPM suite technologies supporting consolidation, planning and reporting tools such as Clarity 7, Oracle/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP BPC is considered an asset and will give you an opportunity to work across different vendor projects.
